2. Service Overview
We provide digital map updates for Ram 1500 vehicles equipped with factory-installed Uconnect navigation systems. Our services include map data downloads, compatibility verification tools, installation guidance, and customer support. While we strive for accuracy, map data may not reflect all recent road changes or construction.
Important Notice: Our map updates are designed for specific Ram 1500 model years and Uconnect system versions. Compatibility verification is required before purchase.
3. License Grant & Restrictions
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the map update on one Ram 1500 vehicle for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or share the map data with others
- Reverse engineer or modify the software
- Use the service for commercial navigation services
- Resell or transfer your license to another party
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws
4. Payment & Orders
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards through secure payment processors. Orders are considered complete upon payment authorization. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these terms.
Warning: Unauthorized copying or distribution of our map data violates copyright laws and may result in legal action and service termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ram Navigation Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to navigation errors, inaccurate routing suggestions, vehicle issues during installation, or data loss.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of map data. Some jurisdictions do not allow warranty exclusions.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Detroit, Michigan, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive rights to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
